01 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a binding legal document between the 555qq platform and its users. By accessing the website, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement.

Some important terms used in this Agreement are defined below:

• "Platform" — The 555qq website, mobile app, and all related digital services.
• "User" — Any person who has opened or is attempting to open an account on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — Any financial bet placed by a user on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — Additional funds granted by 555qq under various promotions, which must meet specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Net Loss" — Total amount lost minus total amount won over a given period.

02 Account Registration

Each user must create a single, active account to use 555qq's services. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, mobile number, and mobile wallet details used during registration must be genuine.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is a violation of this Agreement.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

555qq may at any time request authentic documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. If a user is found to have provided false information, 555qq reserves the right to permanently close that account and any winnings may be forfeited.

03 Age Restriction and Eligibility

By registering, the user personally confirms that they are 21 years of age or older. 555qq may request valid proof of age for any account it finds suspicious. If it is established that a user is a minor, all transactions on that account will be cancelled and the balance may not be returned.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 555qq platform are handled entirely through mobile banking. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Deposits must be sent from the mobile number registered to the account.
• Payments sent from a third party's mobile wallet are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• Multiple deposits can be made on the same day, but each transaction will be recorded separately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile wallet registered to the account.
• If active bonus funds are present and wagering requirements have not been met, withdrawals may be held.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

555qq offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing users from time to time. Each offer has specific terms that the user must read in full before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. This bonus must meet a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and you must place bets worth ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before you can withdraw.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are not cash — the specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.
• If unusual betting patterns linked to bonus use are detected, 555qq reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — bonus arbitrage and coordinated betting are prohibited.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled at the end of each promotion period.

5.3 VIP Cashback

555qq's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is paid on net losses each week. For example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Active betting history and regular participation on our platform are required to advance to a higher tier.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

Users must participate honestly and fairly while playing on 555qq. Exploiting any platform vulnerability, using software to place automated bets, or deliberately abusing the bonus system is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 555qq reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• In live sports betting, if a match is abandoned before its scheduled conclusion, the original stake for the related bet will be returned.
• Any bet placed on an event after its result has already been determined will be considered void.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Provisions

07 Account Suspension and Closure

• Money laundering or illegal financing is suspected.
• False information provided during registration is proven.
• Deliberate abuse of the bonus system is identified.

08 Limitation of Liability
